Caroline Baldwin: I am a mobile and technology journalist and in my spare time I really love writing about food (and eating lots of it!) and I have a great interest in local produce. Spending most of my life in Wales and now starting a career in Reading I keep an eye out for local specialities which mean different things to different regions. The question is... is the produce and the philosophy worth the higher price tag?
